After years of training and receiving advice from and consulting with various people I was still battling to deal with certain mobility and movement issues. Not only did Martin accurately identify these issues , the programs which he provided were brilliant. Actively engaging with the issues I faced and providing me with a program which specifically targeted the exact issues I was faced with, using a variety of techniques.
I’ve seen definite improvements in my mobility and have already started to see the carry through of these improvements into my other sports. Beyond being knowledgeable in his field, working with Martin was an absolute pleasure, he is pleasant to interact with and willing to assist beyond merely what is necessary.
Having made use of his online training facilities due to lockdown as well as his one on one sessions, I would definitely recommend either of these to anybody who is looking to get into training , or to take their training to the next level.

I’ve been training with Martin for the last 5 months and he Always finds a way to change up our sessions and keep them interesting! His knowledge and passion for what he does, goes beyond what one would generally expect from a trainer. Even with my busy schedule, he finds ways to keep me motivated.Despite my many trips and breaks from training, he continued to motivate me over Whatsapp and provide me with workout plans to do on holiday. Martin is great at making you look forward to training and pushing yourself to reach your goals. You can tell that he’s invested in all of his clients lives and really has our well-being at heart!
